Foster Reese III is the founder and principal mediator at Reese Mediations, bringing over 46 years of distinguished trial and litigation experience in both state and federal courts. As lead trial counsel in more than 65+ jury trials that went to verdict, he has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex legal matters ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to employment discrimination, toxic torts, and business and commercial disputes.

Attorney Reese has represented plaintiffs and defendants in over 200 mediations. His diverse experience allows him to be intimately familiar with the unique interests that each party brings to the mediation process.
